Store Policy
Please read all terms and conditions before purchasing an animal.
SALES POLICY
All sales are final (excluding DOAS and certain exceptions within reason.) All deposits made with or without intent of a payment plan are final. We will not ship/sell animals to states who have restrictions/laws on certain reptiles. Please check with your local laws to confirm you can own/breed the animal you are inquiring about. If you are under 18 you will need parents permission before proceeding to attempt any purchase of an animal.
PAYMENTS
We accept Zelle, PayPal and Venmo. (Paypal Goods & Services)
PAYMENT PLANS
Payment plans are available for animals listed at $500 or more. A 25% non refundable deposit will be used as a “hold” for the animal(s) wanting to be purchased with a payment plan. The balance must be cleared within 30 days in order to proceed with shipping. If balance is not fulfilled within the appropriate time frame it will result in abdication of the hold and intention of purchasing the animal.
SHIPPING
We ship Mon- Wednesday (weather permitting.) We guarantee live arrival on all animals. All live animal shipments will be overnight via FedEx. You will be responsible for picking up the animal and your preferred hub within the appropriate time frame. We will not ship if weather is too cold or through any sort of ice/snow/rain storm, tornado etc. The animals safety and health is number one priority. We do NOT ship directly to a residential address unless deemed absolutely necessary. *SHIPPING TO A RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS VOIDS LIVE GUARANTEE UPON ARRIVAL*
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs is NOT included in the price of the animal. Shipping costs cover shipping of the animal. Shipping will vary depending on where you live. Please do not ask for us to include shipping into the animals price.
RECEIVING YOUR ANIMAL
When you pick up your animal, you have taken full responsibility for the animals care and maintenance. If you have any concerns about your animals state of arrival please contact us within 24 hours of having received the animal, including pictures and a detailed description. If your animal arrives DOA (dead on arrival) PLEASE contact us immediately with photos so we can asses the situation and further proceed with a solution. If the animal is anything other than healthy and alive you have 48 hours to reach us so we can come up with a resolution.
