We work mainly off of Facebook where you can find 90+ reviews on our page. You can also find us on Instagram and TikTok. We currently vend various expos in Florida through Repticon and Show Me Snakes. Please feel free to reach out with any questions on any platform. Always happy to help!
Store Policy
We are officially an LLC and must charge the relevant taxes as such.
We hold all of the necessary permits to sell these animals. It is up to you as the buyer to know what is legal in your state. We reserve the right to refuse any sale as we see fit.
Payment plans- MINIMUM deposit is $100 we reserve the right to discuss a higher minimum depending on the overall cost. Animals will not be shipped until all transactions have cleared and the animal is fully paid for.
ALL DEPOSITS/PAYMENTS ARE NONREFUNDABLE IF YOU BACK OUT OF THE SALE
As of 7/1/2022 Payment plans under $350 must be finalized within a month. Larger transactions must not exceed a 60 day time period. For larger payment plans a payment/contact must be made at least every 3 weeks. If you as the buyer do not respond to our messages for over 30 days you forfeit the animal and any payments sent thus far to be decided at our discretion. We are very understanding people if something has happened please contact us.

Any transaction over $100 is subject to an ID check. This verifies your age and address and helps covers us in the event of a chargeback. Your information will be kept private.
Shipping costs will vary depending on the purchase and location. Reptiles ship through Reptiles2You via FedEx overnight Tuesday or Wednesday. Isopods ship via USPS priority mail in our insulated boxes for a flat fee of $25. These can be overnighted if needed but an overnight shipping label will cost more. Isopods can be sent Monday through Thursday. We do not ship internationally. Local pickup is always available in Gainesville Florida or at any of the expos we vend. Upcoming expos are announced on our Facebook page Red Queen Exotics LLC.
Accepted Payment Methods- We will not use PayPal due to their strict policies against live animal sales. Due to this we are able to accommodate many other payment methods. We are currently using Venmo, Zelle, Cashapp and Square. We are more than happy to provide references if desired.
CRESTED GECKOS-
We cannot guarantee your gecko will not lose its tail during shipping. This is a natural process and does not effect the overall health or breeding capability of the gecko. No refunds/discounts will be given for dropped tails. Additionally we cannot guarantee the sex of your gecko under 25 grams. We will do our best to give you the most accurate answer but once shipped no refunds will be given for a geckos sex change. If there is an issue during shipping detailed images/videos must be provided within 30 minutes of pickup from your local FedEx shipping hub. Refunds/exchanges for the gecko in question may be given at our discretion. Shipping is nonrefundable and if you decide on a replacement animal of equal or lesser value you are responsible for the additional shipping costs.
ALL OTHER REPTILES- If any issue happens during shipping such as death or injury proof in the form of pictures and/or videos must be sent within 30 minutes of pickup from your local FedEx shipping hub. We will refund at our discretion. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you decide on a replacement animal of equal or lesser value you are responsible for the additional shipping costs. We prefer to ship all reptiles to a FedEx shipping hub. Home deliveries put the animals at higher risk and may disqualify you from our live arrival guarantee.
ISOPODS- Any issues with isopod shipping must be reported within an hour of door delivery or within the same day for hold for pickup at your local USPS. Please provide pictures/videos of any dead on arrival isopods. We will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion. Shipping costs are nonrefundable and you will be responsible for your replacements shipping cost. Our live arrival guarantee is only applicable when your weather is between 35-90 degrees. If you wish to have your isopods shipped when temperatures are above or below this range you wave your LAG rights. Reptiles will be held until there is a shipping window within safe temperatures.
If for any reason you can no longer keep an animal that came from us please contact us. We will always make room to house an animal produced by us when needed.
Buyer must be 18 or older OR have parent/guardian consent to purchase an animal from us. Buyer MUST be available to receive the package on time on the specified delivery date. If this is violated a refund will not be issued.

AUCTIONS- Auction winners must finalize your payment within 24 hours of the auction ending. We reserve the right to decline any sale if the shipping weather or housing of the animal is deemed unsafe. Winter holds are not possible for auctions at this time. If you need help setting up your enclosure reach out and we will gladly help you get prepared for your new friend. Taxes apply to auctions as well as normal transactions.
