Terms Of Sale

• We have the right to refuse sale

• Claim period is 24 hours from arrival time, returns are 1 week.

• If a animal(s) is paid for in advance you have 7 days to schedule a time to meet and pickup the animal(s), after 7 days you will be charged $1 for every day you fail to meet if you will not pay you will forfeit your animal(s) and the money already paid.

• We will not take payments on a animal less than $200 in value.

• If you want to do a payment plan for a animal you are required to put 25% down and you will have 30 days to pay the animal off, this can be extended based on price and situation.

• Refunds are only 50% of original price, this can be changed depending on the situation

• Anyone under the age of 18 will require a parent signature, written permission, or have their parents call to purchase any animal(s)

• To purchase anything with potentially dangerous venom you will be required to show ID and be atleast 21 years of age

• To purchase anything that requires advanced care you will be required to prove ability to care for the animal

• If you have any prior animal abuse charges you will not be able to purchase any animal(s)

• We do not accept trades unless the trades are accepted by the owner or we are at a expo/tradeshow

• You are required to know your state laws we will not willingly ship you an animal that is illegal in your state

• Custom orders are $400 minimum and must be paid upfront

• We do not ship in November, December, and until the 10th of January

MorphMarket's Default Store Policy specifies any terms which have not been overridden by this Seller's stated policy.
