General-
All sales are final. No returns or refunds unless Triple Tree Exotics finds extenuating circumstances allow for such
Shipping
Shipping price will be determined by your location. Will ship to your nearest fedex hub for you to pick up. Weather and other shipping factors can change quickly, so we will work together to determine a shipping window.
Sexing-
The sex of any gecko under 25 grams is not guaranteed unless clearly stated as male or female in the ad.
Live arrival guarantee-
Your animal will arrive 100% healthy & I will be here for any care questions you may have. If DOA occurs during shipment, promptly contact me within 1 hour of delivery & provide a clear unboxing video & any photos you find important. In the unfortunate event that DOA does occur, I will be more than happy to help you find another animal of equal value from my shop, or offer store credit. No cash refunds.
Tail drops-
If a gecko drops their tail during shipping, we will not be responsible. This is a natural fear response that many geckos have, and it can happen during shipping. Please be aware of this before purchase.
Post arrival- Once the animal arrives in your care, Triple Tree Exotics is no longer responsible for the animal, its behavior, or health. We will not be responsible for an illness or death once you have recieved the animal. Please put your animal in its new home and let them adjust to their new surroundings. Only handle them for health checks or if absolutely necessary for the first two to three weeks. We will not be responsible if the animal becomes overly stressed from improper handling or care.
