Store Policy
SHIPPING:
Shipping is $75 to $100 depending on weight of the animal, with insurance in the continental U.S. for priority overnight delivery, on orders over $1200 shipping is included in the price. We ship Monday through Wednesday priority overnight with weather permitting (between 40°F-90°F). We cannot GUARANTEE Live Arrival if you do not contact us immediately within 1 hour of your timed arrival. If an animal arrives DOA the animal will be replaced with one of equal or lesser value or the balance can be applied toward the purchase of another animal.
PAYMENT:
We accept venmo, cashapp or credit card payments over the phone or can send an invoice to an email provided by the buyer. Due to paypal holding fund for animal sales we have suspended all paypal payments. INVOICE IS THE PREFERRED METHOD OF PAYMENT!! ALL CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS WILL BE BILLED AN ADDITIONAL 5% TO COVER THE FEES. We also accept personal checks and money orders. No animals are shipped prior to checks/money orders clearing.
Payment Plans:
We offer payment plans on anything we sell over $500. We are flexible when it comes to a time line to pay for an animal. However once entered into a payment plan there are no refunds. If you cannot finish paying for an animal you will lose 25% of the purchase price and the remaining balance will be issued as credit towards a future purchase
HEALTH:
We guarantee sex, health, and genetics of all animals. Please note...genetics that are in question will be listed as AND/OR in the description of the snake. Upon arrival, we ask that you check the animal over. If you notice anything is wrong please contact us immediately. If no contact has been made within 1 hour of arrival we assume you are content with the animal(s) and we no longer take responsibility for them.
