Please read these in their entirety before placing an order. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. These terms are placed to protect both parties involved.

We are only sending shipments out on Tuesday and Wednesday at this time due to so many packages going through FedEx on Mondays. We only ship animals when the temperature is above 40 and lower than 90 degrees in both of our areas. Shipping is a flat rate of $60 for up to three babies in the same box going directly to your FedEx hub. Shipping is a flat rate of $75 if the animal is 800 grams or over due to more weight and larger box size. Shipping is a flat rate of $75 for all residential deliveries.
Orders over $1,000 ship for free. We cannot GUARANTEE Live Arrival if you do not contact us immediately within 1 hour of your timed arrival. If an animal arrives DOA and all pickup instructions have been followed we will make things right. Proof of a photo and video with our label, and our animal clearly deceased. Do not dispose of animal, place in zip-lock and freeze until you get further instructions from us. We will gladly work with you to resolve any issues you may have. Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES will credit be processed without the return of the animal. Sorry we do not refund or take back animals due to being skittish, scared, defensive or "aggressive".
Upon arrival, we ask that you check the animal over. If you notice anything is wrong please contact us immediately. If no contact has been made within 24 hours of arrival we assume you are content with the animal(s) and we no longer take responsibility for them.

MorphMarket's Default Store Policy specifies any terms which have not been overridden by this Seller's stated policy.
