Payment plans available on all animals (except axolotls) over $300 with 50% down, non refundable deposit but it is transferrable. Must be paid in full within 30 days or deposit is forfeited. Shipping is not included in the price but we can for extra.

All live arrivals are asked to be held for pickup at your nearest FedEx hub. Animal(s) MUST BE PICKED UP WITHIN 1 HOUR of package being available or live arrival guarantee is void. AXOLOTLS ONLY may be shipped 2 day but MUST BE PICKED UP WITHIN 1 HOUR of the box being made available by fedex, to receive live arrival guarantee. If claiming a DOA, you must send a picture within 30 minutes of pickup.
We only ship when temps are below 90 degrees and above 40 degrees but will hold until temps are optimal(subject to fees)
