About
I am a hobbyist who began purchasing and raising hatchlings 3-4 years ago along with my 10 year old son. All of our aquisitions were from the most reputable sellers on Morph Market. We hope in time to also become know for producing quality animals. We feed our hoggies every 4 to 6 days depending on their age. We do not believe in power feeding which we feel produces a healthier reptile.

PAYMENT:
*We do accept payment plans based on individual needs.
*A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to hold a snake. Buyer has 30 days from date of deposit to send final payment, if the purchaser opts out or decides they don't want to finish the payment plan or if not heard from and no payment had been made within 30 days there are no refunds.
Rostral Reptiles accepts Paypal: if you are paying through PayPal please add 3% to the payment unless you send it through friends and family, Zelle, and Cash. We DO NOT ACCEPT CASH APP!
*By making any purchase buyer confirms they are at least 18 years of age.
* Western Hognose Snakes are always first come first serve. Rostral Reptiles will ONLY Hold or sell a snake based on who will send payment first. There is no guarantee that a buyer will get the snakes until you reach out to us. We don’t hold any snakes unless there is a 30% NON-REFUNDABLE Hold fee as previously stated.
SHIPPING:
• All animals are shipped Tuesday-Thursday for next day Priority Overnight arrival ONLY to your local HUB for the safety of the animal. Live arrival guaranteed unless buyer decides to receive the package at their home. If buyer would like the reptile shipped on a Friday, the live arrival guarantee will be voided.
***PLEASE NOTE: Florida buyers: as much as we don’t like doing this, we have to charge sales tax for any buyers in the state of Florida.
• Rostral Reptiles is not responsible for unforeseen shipping delays by FedEx, including but not limited to: plane mechanical issues, FedEx employee and/or paperwork errors, air traffic delays, unpredicted weather events.
•Rostral Reptiles is not responsible for delivery delays due to buyer error, including but not limited to: incorrect address, not picking up the animal(s) held at hub on delivery date, not answering the door, etc.
*We can ship anywhere in the continental United States where the species is legal to own. The buyer is responsible to check the regulations in their receiving state, county and city prior to purchasing the animal(s).
*P.O. Box, APOs, or FPOs are not acceptable forms of delivery addresses.
Shipping is $55-$80 depending on location. We will send you a screenshot to finalize the shipping cost.
GUARANTEE:
Rostral Reptiles offers a live delivery guarantee on Domestic Shipping only. Our live delivery guarantee is voided if the buyer provides incorrect shipping information, is not present to receive the package, or does not pick up the animal from a shipping hub same-day if pre-arranged to be held there. Live arrival is also voided on any shipments made to Canada. The live arrival guarantee expires once the animal is alive in your possession. In the unlikely event of a DOA, the buyer must notify us with a short video taken within two hours of receiving the package and must be time stamped.
TERMS
Payment for animals constitutes express acceptance of all terms herein contained. This agreement is deemed to be the final, complete, and exclusive expression of the agreement of the parties. Any modifications or variances to the terms of this agreement must be in writing and signed or otherwise adopted by Rostral Reptiles. All sales of live animals are final. Rostral Reptiles makes no warranties as to the temperament of any animal it sells. As such, by tender of the purchase price, the buyer is deemed to have assumed the risk of any danger posed from actions, including but not limited to bites, illness, infections, allergies, scratches, or lacerations caused by the animal. Rostral Reptiles will not be responsible for any veterinary costs incurred by the buyer for the maintenance and upkeep of the animal.
