When purchasing an animal shipped via fed ex from us ,those who purchases say animal are required to do a short unboxing video to cover both ends in case of a DOA. In case of a DOA buyer has option to use gecko value towards another or full refund.
Dropped tails happen occasionally during shipping process. IF this to happen seller will not be held responsible.
