Store Policy

We ship to anywhere in the United States. All payments must be received in full prior to shipment. Payment plans are offered on a per case basis with a 25% non-refundable deposit to hold.
Live arrival and health of animal are guaranteed. Someone must be available on the first delivery attempt or the live arrival guarantee is void.
All shipping is done through FedEx priority overnight.
We accept payments via PayPal, Venmo, and Zelle.
Payments must be made in full and clear before any animal is prepared for shipment.
If there are any issues or concerns with the delivery we must be notified within two hours of receipt of the animal.
