My love for reptiles began when I was just a kid with my first snake at 12 years old. He’s a normal Ball Python named Gemini and I still have him! I intend to produce simply incredible snakes, see them off to wonderful new homes and continue to provide advice or support to my customers as their new pets grow.
Store Policy
PLEASE BE AWARE: I will ask if and what kind of set up you have ready. I am more than happy to help you prepare for your new snake, but I will not approve sale until I am satisfied the snake will be appropriately cared for. I understand this may seem harsh, but I do it because I have seen far too many reptiles suffer in subpar conditions and I would rather hang on to my animals if it means they go home to the right person. Thank you for your understanding. I reserve the right to terminate transactions for any reason, at any time.
Once paid in full and a shipping date has been agreed upon, snakes are shipped through Reptiles2You Priority Overnight and only shipped Monday through Wednesday to allow for next morning delivery. Shipping charges depend on weight and destination. Customer must provide accurate address + phone number and must be present for delivery (signature will be required). Should your snake arrive DOA or otherwise not as promised, customer must contact me immediately (no longer than 2 hours after delivery) for refund/replacement.
***Since Fedex is not providing on-time guarantee in light of COVID-19, I am requiring that all shipments be held at your nearest Fedex Ship Center, which I can help you locate. I will not ship to any residential addresses at this time. By making this change, I can ensure a shorter and safer trip for the snake. Fedex will require a photo ID at time of pick up. ***
Payment plans are accepted on a case by case basis and must be completed by the agreed upon date or the deposit is forfeit. Deposits are 100% non-refundable. If a customer changes their mind or drops communication, I will keep the deposit to cover care for the animal during the time which it was held and it will be placed back up for sale.
All of my snakes are guaranteed for sex and health. As morph combos become more complicated, I will do my best to correctly ID an animal, but I are open to discussion about genetics with customers. 100% hets are guaranteed. It is the customer’s responsibility to learn how to properly care for the animals they purchase. I will not take responsibility for a person’s lack of knowledge or poor husbandry skills. If I determine that a customer lacks the proper experience or facilities to care for an animal, the transaction will be terminated. That being said, should the customer have any issues with their animal, even long after receiving, I encourage them to reach out so I can provide husbandry tips to correct the problem. I want my snakes to thrive in their new homes!
