((ANIMAL(S) DETAILS:
ALL photos of the animal(s) are taken by us & are NEVER edited or enhanced. We make every stride to pictate the animals most current natural color & pattern. We make no guarantee of the animals future coloration or patterns. It is completely natural for the animals we offer to change over time. Note that the animal(s) color & pattern may differ then pictured due to minor stress from shipping & settiling into its new home. With a proper habitat, food, water, heating, lighting, etc., the animal(s) will resume their natural color & pattern. We will sex the animal as best as possible to provide an educated guess of the animal(s) gender. We make no guarantee as its difficult to ensure a young animals gender unless it’s a subadult or adult. THOUGH THE MAJORITY OF THE TIME WE WILL BE CORRECT. We make no guarantee of the animal(s) temperment. We will provide the animal(s) dominant & recessive traits with the lineage knowledge we’ve obtained from its parent's. ONLY time trait information will not be shared is if the animal has been listed as PET ONLY or part of a WHOLESALE GROUP sale.
((PAYMENTS:
Debit or Credit card, Zelle, Pay Pal Goods & Services, Cash App, Venmo, Apple Pay or cash are accepted. If paying using debit or credit card, an additional 14% will be added to the purchase price for sales tax & card fee. Animal(s) & all other applicable charges must be paid in full in order to complete sale. There are no holds or partial deposits. First one to pay in full will get the animal(s). After full payment is confirmed, buyer has six hours to respond to our text confirming purchase & shipping date. THERE IS NO BUYERS REMORSE. If the buyer backs out of the purchase prior to animal(s) being shipped, the paid amount will be refunded but ONLY 70%. PLEASE BE SURE THAT YOU TRULY WANT THE ANIMAL(S) BEFORE COMPLETING THE PURCHASE as all sales are final.
((SHIPPING:
Shipping charge is at the buyers expense & charge varies on location animal(s) will be shipped to. We use SHIP YOUR REPTILES who go through FedEx. After payment & buyer confirmation, we will ship out the animal(s) on TUESDAY for WEDNESDAY delivery. Permitting safe transit & weather conditions from both ends. YOUR animal(s) safety is our HIGHEST PRIORITY. Animal(s) are ALWAYS shipped next day delivery with ALIVE/ARRIVAL GUARANTEE. Animal(s) will be delivered to the buyers nearest FedEx hub. NO EXCEPTIONS! This ensures the most safest condition for the animal(s). BUYER MUST TAKE DELIVERY & INSPECT THE ANIMAL(S) WITHIN SEVENTY FIVE MINUTES OF THE FEDEX HUBS RECEIVED RECIPT & report back to us with proof of time of pick up or alive/arrival & health guarntee are void.
((HEALTH GUARANTEE:
We guarantee the animal(s) for 72 hours with proof of proper husbandry setup & basic care knowledge. There is no need to offer any greater guarantee as we’ve had the animal(s) for a considerable amount of time (minimum 60 days) & they have thrived. Once the animal leaves our care, we can’t be responsible on how the animal(s) recieves care in its new home. In the extreme rare event that the animal(s) do prematurely pass during the approved health guarantee period, we will offer one replacement animal close to or equivalent of equal or lesser value chosen by the buyer. If a lesser value animal is chosen we will refund the difference to the buyer. NO REFUNDS or promises will be issued beyond what has been stated. Buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs for the replacement animal. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO ASK FOR PROOF OF THE DECEASED ANIMAL &/or REQUEST THE DECEASED ANIMAL TO BE RETURNED AT THE BUYERS EXPENSE prior to honoring the health guarantee we’ve provided.

By purchasing an animal from us, you have agreed to all policies & statements mentioned above. You agree that you already have a safe & appropriate habitat for the animal(s) & necessary food, supplements & understand the required care needed for the animal(s).

We reserve the right to refuse sale or cancel sale to anyone for any reason. Everything mentioned above is intended to help provide a safe, positive, long lasting & enjoyable experience for you & the animal(s).
