Store Policy
We accept PayPal invoices or use the Buy Now feature on Morphmarket. Cash is accepted in person for local deals.
Sex, and health are guaranteed.
Please have an understanding of the care your animal needs before purchasing. We will not be responsible for improper care or husbandry. We will gladly answer questions you may have, so please ask first if you may need help.
Shipping:
Payment must be received in full before shipment or pick up of any and all animals.
Someone must be home at the delivery address to sign for the package on the first delivery attempt or the live arrival guarantee is null and void.
Shipping is via FedEx priority overnight service in temperatures between 40 and 95. Message us with a zip code for a shipping quote.
We are not responsible for carrier delays. If we are shipping to a hub you must pick up your package within 2 hours of package availability or the live arrival guarantee is null and void.
For all DOAs we will need a picture of the deceased animals and to contact us within an hour of delivery.
Deposits:
If you would like me to hold an animal or item, a 25% nonrefundable deposit is required. When holding an animal, I will continue to feed it on its normal routine and continue to take care of it as if it were my own until shipped.
Payment plans: Need to be on time and agreement must be followed. Defaulting on a payment plan may forfeit payments toward animal and right to own it. Animal will be re-listed for sale. Willing to work with someone, but need to have a clear and capable understanding in paying timely.
