We are a small family owned business with a lifelong passion for reptiles and animals in general. We turned a love for creating beautiful ball python combinations into what it has become today and have been blessed to be able to share our passion with others. Store Policy
We do offer payment plans on purchases of $400 or more. We require 25% down non-refundable deposit of total cost with shipping included in final agreed on price. We understand that things happen that may keep you from completing the payment agreement, we’ve been there and we know life happens. If you are unable to complete the payment agreement the 25% deposit is not refundable but any other payments will go towards credit of another animal. For amounts lower than $500 we require full payment within 30 days of entering agreement and paying deposit. For higher than $500 we are willing to discuss a payment plan that works for you!
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued due to weather delays in shipping. We will ship at the soonest available date that ensures the safety of our animals.
Currently we only ship on Tues & Wed and we will only ship directly to FedEx hub. We calculate our shipping payments from Ship Your reptiles and cover the cost of insuring the delivery of you animal out of our pocket for our piece of mind and yours. We no longer ship to individual homes to hopefully eliminate unnecessary shipping delays, and safety issues that we have no control over, in order to keep your snake safe and healthy.
While we can’t guarantee all genes that may be in these combos, we can assure you that before we decide on a theoretical id, we have, and continue to evaluate combo interactions to give you the best possible identification. We can however, guarantee that all animals are completely healthy at time of shipping, feeding, properly sexed and free of mites. As well as, we guarantee all recessive heterozygous genes are represented correctly. If you mention that you have read our policy we will give a 5%discount off final price of purchases. We hope you had fun looking through our animals and keep coming back as we are regularly adding new beautiful babies and breeders as they become available.
Currently we accept Credit/Debit card through Square, Zelle, Venmo & Paypal through invoice payments. We also now take crypto currency payments. For PayPal we will send an invoice for payment and for crypto we can provide a wallet address.

Wholesale Policy
Since wholesale pricing is considerably less that market value our policy states you must buy 3 or more animals and shipping will not be included in purchase. No payment plans offered on wholesale purchases. Also, If you chose a method of payment that has service fees for wholesale purchases those will be included in total price as well. All other guaranteed health and genetics policy are the same as our normal policy. They are still well cared for and love animals, we have just decided some will be available for wholesale for reptile shops and mass collectors.
