All CB iguana morphs, specializing in personable-natured pets- Ty Park’s breeder iguanas are all located here with us in Texas now due to Florida’s ban on green iguanas. We also have many of JPython’s former Florida breeders (including snowmakers), and Crutchfield albino breeders. Being entrusted and mentored by the Florida “Big Three” former green iguana morph breeders speaks to the quality of our morphs.
Any funds sent for an animal as a deposit or on a payment plan are non-refundable if the transaction is canceled by the buyer. Buyer can opt use the funds for another animal in the future.

All iguanas are fed with collard greens, turnip greens, and mustard greens as staples. They get berries and other non-citrus foods as about 10% of their diet, which is supplemented 3x weekly with phosphorous-free calcium. We use T5 bulbs and Megarays, but try to get them outside for the Texas sunshine as often as possible.
Shipment is priority overnight- no exceptions.
ALL REPTILES ARE GUARANTEED LIVE ARRIVAL AND CORRECTLY SEXED. Your iguana will likely not eat for a couple days after arrival and may hide. This is normal. Change is difficult on them, and they need to feel secure in a brand new environment prior to eating. DO NOT HANDLE until you see the iguana eating on its own regularly. Stress can kill! Albinos are especially vulnerable. You will be sent specific instructions regarding albinos that you MUST follow precisely. These morphs require special care and attention. If you have never owned an iguana before, please do not buy an albino.

Live arrival is only guaranteed when temperatures in route are between 35 and 90 degrees. If the temperatures are extremely hot or cold we can hold your order until the weather is better. For weather over 90, you can opt for immediate delivery by paying $7 extra for a Phase22 cold pack and have your animal delivered to FedEx hub ONLY. No animals will be shipped if temps are 100 or higher on either end. Please let us know of any adverse weather conditions in your area when placing your order. (extreme heat or cold, snow/ice, storms)
NO FRIDAY SHIPPING. FedEx is notorious for screwing up, so animals can risk getting stuck until Monday if shipped on a Friday.
Hold for pick up orders must be picked up within 2 hours of the "ready for pick up" time or live arrival guarantee is void.
Any health issues or DOAs must be reported within two hours of delivery, and we will provide either a replacement or store credit.
See terms & conditions below. Besides DOA, any problem with your animal must be reported to us within 2 hours of receipt. Health guarantee is only valid for 4 hours after arrival because we can not control your environment or husbandry. This does not include “my iguana won’t eat”. We are very clear in our instructions that iguanas do not like change and will often protest food until they are comfortable in their new environment. The enclosures at our ranch are 4x4x2 for hatchlings. If you put it in a small fish tank, you’re going to stress it to death. Refrain from handling until you see it eat on its own regularly. Dogs and cats roaming in the visible area will stress your new iguana, causing it to refuse food. Lack of places to hide will have the same effect. Please give your new buddy some time and space to ease its anxiety.
We are always willing to help if you have any questions regarding proper setup. Instructions for albinos are sent in the shipping box and MUST BE FOLLOWED EXACTLY. These take altered care and are NOT for first time iguana owners or children.
DOA must be reported within 1 hour of arriving based on Fed Ex time stamp and photo and or video evidence provided. Too many scammers file PayPal claims with zero proof that the animal was harmed.
There are circumstances that will void the live arrival guarantee.
1. A delay in shipping due to carrier mishandling.
2. Temperatures at the hub or destination being under 32°F or over 99°F.
3. Animals held for pickup at a Fedex location must be picked up the same day within 2 hours of arrival.
4. A delay in shipping resulting in rerouting due to an inaccurate delivery address being provided.
Shipments are made through ReptilesExpress, weather permitting. Temps must be above 32degrees and below 99 degrees or animal will be shipped to your nearest authorized FedEx ship center. Requesting shipping outside of these temperature guidelines nullifies any live arrival guarantee.
Live arrival guarantee will only apply to the cost of the animal and not the cost of shipping. Shipping costs for replacement animals are the responsibility of the buyer.
Once inspected and accepted, the well being of the animal is the sole responsibility of the buyer. We’ve had people give us rave reviews about animals then change the reviews to negative feedback well after having the animal under their care for quite some time. We take immaculate care of our iguanas and expect you to do the same once they’re out of our hands. We provide nonstop suppprt for the life of the animal, so there is no excuse for poor husbandry.
Payment must be made in full before any animal is shipped. We accept paypal, cashapp, Venmo, Zelle, and short- term payment plans. Please ask for details. We work with most requests. All deposits are non-refundable, but can be used as store credit toward a future purchase. This policy is firm, since in the past, people have asked for animals to be held with deposits then wanted refunds when they changed their minds. This is unfair to any business.
