NO PAYMENT PLANS ON ANIMALS PRICED $250 OR LESS. Please, no additional pic requests. I've already taken all the pics there are to take. I take numerous pics under different lighting and use those that most accurately represent the animal. Additional pic requests will be ignored. All sales are final. No exceptions. Please, no additional pic requests. Live arrival guaranteed only if shipped to a HUB to be held for pick up. Proof of DOA's is required within 2 hours of the package being picked up. In the case of a DOA you will receive credit towards a replacement. Please, no additional pic requests. If a similar replacement isn't available, the credit can be applied toward other animals. Please, no additional pic requests. You will have to pay shipping for the replacement. I do not offer refunds under any circumstances. All animals are healthy and feeding on appropriately sized rodents when sold. Please, no additional pic requests. Temperaments of animals aren't guaranteed. Animals that are overly defensive are typically not offered for sale to the public. While most colubrids are relatively docile, anything with a mouth can bite. If you aren't comfortable with potentially being bitten, we suggest you don't purchase anything with a mouth. Please, no additional pic requests. If an animal goes off feed once in your care, we will work with you to help get them feeding again. This happens occasionally to everyone, even to the most experienced breeders. If the animals have not fed with in 3 weeks of delivery, you can ship it back to us (at your expense) for a credit towards a replacement. Please, no additional pic requests. We do not cover veterinarian bills under any circumstances. No other guarantees are offered or implied other than those previously stated. We operate strictly on a first paid, first served basis. This means that even if you contact us first about an animal and a second party sends payment, we have to go with the second party. Just bc you asked about an animal first or are currently asking questions or requesting additional photos of an animal does not mean you are entitled to that animal. I do offer payment plans on animals priced at $250 or more. A 20% nonrefundable deposit will hold the animal for 30 days. If not paid in full at the end of the 30 days, your deposit and any additional payments made are forfeited as a restocking fee and to cover lost revenue from other potential buyers during the time that animal was off the market. By submitting payment, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. Failure to read this does not exempt you from these terms and conditions. Once again, please, no additional pic requests.
