Store Policy
1. All animals come with a live arrival guarantee and a 30 day health Guarantee.
2. All animals will be shipped priority overnight via fed ex/morph market in insulated shipping boxes that are federally regulated by Fish&Wildlife.
3. In the result of a dragon arriving with any issue, we must be contacted within 1 hour of stamped arrival by fed ex.
4. Deposits are non-refundable, holds are kept no more than 3 weeks. If customer does not respond within that time frame, we will be forced to place animal back on market for sale.
5. All sales are final. Please be sure you are able to give proper care for the animal and are not purchasing on impulse.
