All animals posted will be described and displayed as best and as close as possible to represent the animals true color and structure.
We do not guarantee sex of any animal under 6 months of age.
We do not guarantee the animals demeanor to remain the same as when it was in our care.
We reserve the right to refuse disclosure of photos of the parents of any animal we sell. This is proprietary information and falls under Trade Secret protections.
LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE
We only do live arrival guarantee and nothing past the safe arrival of the animal. The animals shipped will be well established, eating and in perfect health when they leave.
It is the new keepers responsibility to have the proper husbandry and care requirements taken care of before the purchase was Made
We ship to your nearest local Fedex hub. In the event your purchased animal arrives DOA you are to contact us immediately within 1 hour of your animals arrival to your nearest Fedex hub to provide video and photos of the entire animal and box to prove that it is in fact dead to receive a refund or a replacement animal. Open the package before leaving Fedex to confirm that the animal has made it safely. If the animal is left at the Fedex hub for an extended amount of time this will void our live arrival guarantee.
If you decide you want it shipped to your home you have 30 minutes after arrival to notify me of DOA if you where not there for the delivery this voids the live arrival guarantee. You must be there for your new animals delivery on time and you must notify me on time or there will be no refund. Please choose to pick up at your local fedex hub.
CANCELATION POLICY
If a purchase or order is made and then cancelled for any reason regardless of time frame, we will retain a 50% restocking fee and refund 50% of the purchase.
