Store Policy

Please review all policies below prior to purchase. These policies are designed to protect not only myself as the seller but you as the buyer. Sculpted Exotics LLC takes great pride in our animals and our customers, our goal is to provide the absolute best buying experience possible whether this is your first pet snake or an exciting addition to your existing collection.
Payment Methods:
We accept the most common forms of payment, including credit cards, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, SQUARE, Apple Pay, wire transfers, and money orders / certified checks.
Payment Plans:
We offer payment plans on a case-by-case basis. Typical arrangements start with a 20% non-refundable deposit and extend 30-60 days, depending on the value of the animal. Please inquire about a plan specific to the animal of interest. Animals will be marked SOLD once the full amount has been paid.
Sales Policy:
All sales are final, and all deposits and payments are non-refundable. A buyer's failure to complete their payment plan within the agreed timeframe will result in their forfeiting their hold on the animal(s) and any money already sent.
Shipping:
Domestic Only. We ship Monday-Wednesday as weather allows. Animals are shipped overnight via FedEx to the buyer's nearest FedEx Ship Center and held for pickup. Exceptions for home delivery are possible if there is no such location within a reasonable driving distance (≤ 1 hour) of the buyer.
If the buyer fails to obtain the animal immediately after home delivery or pickup within 4 hours of hub delivery, our live arrival and health guarantee (see below) is void.
LIVE ARRIVAL & HEALTH GUARANTEE
Live arrival is guaranteed for animals shipped to a local FedEx Ship Center and picked up within 4 hours of arrival. Animals received via home delivery are not guaranteed for live arrival. We ask that you confirm receipt and well-being of the animal via e-mail/text/phone for all shipments. If there is damage to packaging or you have concerns for the well-being of the animal prior to opening the package we highly recommend documenting this via photo or preferably video. Live arrival guarantee expires 4 hours from the pickup time or upon confirmation of safe arrival from the buyer, which ever comes first.
In the unlikely event of a DOA, the buyer must notify us with a photo and/or video evidence within two hours of pickup. Seller may request, at seller's expense, buyer to either return animal or take to a local exotic vet for necropsy.
We only sell animals that are healthy and regularly feeding without assistance or intervention. We generally feed live for everything.
PROPERLY SEXED
All specimens will be properly sexed. Buyer must verify animal(s) to be properly sexed within 48 hours of delivery. We will only address an issue with an incorrectly-sexed animal if it’s brought to our attention within 48 hours of delivery. After 48 hours all sales are final as it’s the buyer’s responsibility to confirm the sex of the animal(s) they have purchased.
MorphMarket's Default Store Policy
specifies any terms which have not been overridden by this Seller's stated policy.
