Payment plans available Case to Case with a non refundable deposit of 25% of total cost of the animal. Delinquency on payments over 30 days results in forfeit of the animal and funds received.
Wellness Guarantee:
Animals in my care are healthy and thriving. If any health issues present upon arrival, it must be reported in 24 hours. You are liable for the animal after healthy arrival confirmation. If health issues present within 7 days, will assist in every way possible. Healthy arrival guarantee is void if you are not there to receive and sign for the animal. DOA must be reported within 1 hour with video proof. In the even of a DOA, do not dispose of shipping materials or animal until DOA has been confirmed by me. If the Animal is shipped to a FedEx hub, it must be picked up within 4 hours of arrival or Healthy Arrival Guarantee is void. I will make every attempt possible to assist customer with package delays and updates from FedEx. Any animals that the card holder is dissatisfied with must be reported to me within 1 hour and returned at the card holder’s expense to Me and will work out something with you. You are responsible for confirming shipping address once presented for the shipping label. Healthy arrival guarantee is void if the address confirmed was a “mistake”.
Shipping:
Fed Ex Priority overnight via Reptiles2You. Shipping days are Monday-Wednesday. Will not ship when temperatures are below 45 degrees and above 85 degrees. General shipping is between 40-75 A quote will have to be made for shipments including multiple animals or singular full-size adult animals.
Local Pickup Policy:
A 25% non refundable deposit or full amount must be made before establishing a pickup date. If deposit is made, the remaining amount may be paid in cash or cashier check at pickup. Pickup location will be made at my discretion but generally at least a halfway point between our two locations in a PUBLIC area.
