If you purchase a gecko from us, you are assumed to have read and agreed to these terms.
A 25% deposit including shipping is required immediately to hold a gecko. The remainder must be paid in 30 days on balances under $400.00 or your deposit/payment will be void and the gecko will be available again.
Longer payment plans are possible on mimimum purchase of $400.00 (not including shipping). Details of extended payment plans must be worked out on an individual basis before any deposit or payment is made.
All deposits and payments made are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
Geckos must be 15 grams before shipping.
Geckos will only be shipped in temperatures between 40 and 85 degrees Fahrenheit. It must be between those temperatures in all locations the gecko will be in. The gecko will be held for no additional charge while waiting for acceptable weather. A heat or cold pack will be provided when needed.

We are not liable for delays in shipping due to carrier issues.

We guarantee all animals are healthy upon arrival providing that the animal arrived on time and the delivery was accepted by you (not left at the door). Guarantee does not include dropped tail during shipping. Be aware that while unlikely, this is a possibility when shipping any leopard gecko.
If an animal is D.O.A. proof must be submitted (a photograph of the animal) within 30 minutes of delivery. In the case of a D.O.A. the purchaser may choose a replacement animal of equal value from currently available geckos (shipping free) OR may choose 75% of its purchase price off of the price of another gecko at a later time.
Sexing is not guaranteed on temperature sexed animals or those below 25 grams.
