Store Policy
Payment must be in full before animal is shipped. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in advance. Shipping is done when weather permits. It is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to provide the correct address and to know weather conditions for your area. Returns are rare and only accepted under the condition that I shipped you the incorrect animal or we have spoken and agreed in advance. Refunds are only given if it has been clearly eatablished that the loss of the animal is an at fault situation. Shipping cost is not included in refunds.
