Health Policy:
Silver Fox Exotics has a 100% health guarantee on all animals at the TIME of sale. If there is an issue with an animal WITHIN 24 hours of delivery, contact Silver Fox Exotics via email immediately.
All animals are guaranteed to be properly sexed and Het identified. All other genetics are identified to the best of our ability. All animals will have had 4 consecutive meals before shipping, however we do not guarantee an animal will feed under your care.
Shipping:
Live arrival is guaranteed on hub to hub shipments. Shipping will be via FedEx Priority Overnight on Tuesday and Wednesday. It is the buyer's responsibility to provide the correct address and any special instructions (i.e. apt. number, gate code, etc.) prior to shipping. Shipments to a FedEx STAFFED hub must be picked up within 2 hours of delivery or the 'live guarantee' is terminated. Insurance at the buyer's expense is recommended. We are not responsibility for carrier related delays.
IMPORTANT: In the event an animal is DOA, the buyer MUST notify us by email within ONE hour of the delivery receipt with a CLEAR photo of the deceased animal. Any deviation from these requirements terminates the 'live guarantee'.
Payment/Payment Plans:
Payments can be made via PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, or cash.
Payment Plans are offered on animals valued above $500. Terms of the plan are a 30% non-refundable down payment to hold animal, the remaining balance must be paid within 30 days of hold date.
