Store Policy
Payment is accepted thru Venmo, Cashapp or Zelle.
Only shipping to lower 48. Shipping is free on animals or group purchases over $1000
Shipping will only be done in appropriate temperatures. I have no problem caring for them until conditions are safe.
Customer is obligated to send pictures/video of animal upon recieving and report any issues within 1 hour of receiving the snake. Any issues with the animal (health etc) are to be reported to me within 2 days of being recieved.
I ship to a FedEx hub to guarantee live arrival. Shipping to home is not a guaranteed live arrival as I am not responsible for the FedEx drivers lack of care or knowledge how to do their jobs and not use animals as soccar balls, that's a risk the customer takes if they insist on home delivery.
Payment plan available for purchases over $600 terms to be discussed prior to approval of plan with a 30% non refundable down payments to start payment plan (excluding shipping costs).
All sales are final.
No refunds will be issued or discussed unless all steps are followed in store policy.
- No animal will be sold to a person under the age of 18 without parent etc.
