Store Policy
If you live on Long Island, Ianni would personally deliver a reptile to you for $15! Free over $500.
Shipping is quoted with an exact amount for priority overnight through FedEx per order. You are charged for the packaging, as well as shipping label. It takes a few days to receive the shipping supplies, so I will typically ship the week after purchase monday through wednesday.

Animals are held 5-7 days before shipping to be closely monitored for any potential health issues. We also order shipping supplies once an order is placed, then send out as soon as we possibly can after and do our best to stay within the 5-7 days.
Animals sent to you will have had at least three successful feedings and one shed, they will be properly sexed as well.
All our reptiles on frozen/thawed and we will only feed live if necessary.
All animals are only sold if we are certain they are healthy, free of mites, scale rot and respiratory illness. Should there be an ill animal in our possession, it will remain under our care until completely and undoubtedly cured. See next section for the policy on refunds and sick/dead animals.
Full Refunds are only issued if the animal is DOA. The requirements for DOA are as follows:
- Video of unboxing in which the animal is revealed to be dead
- Buyer reaches out immediately upon opening the package
- Buyer was home to receive the package upon arrival.
Sick animals that should pass away policy:
- Within 14 Days, you must report to us if the animal has regurgitated a meal, open mouth breathing, wheezing, drooling or scale rot. We will then monitor the situation and guide you for care. Also, we will decide how we can properly compensate you if the animal passes away.
- If the animal should pass away within 14 days of receiving, there will be a 50% refund or store credit with 10% off another animal, up to half the cost of the original animal.
- After 14 days, there will be no more store credit. However, a 10% off coupon that deducts up to the value of the animal will be allowed up to 21 days after receiving.
- We are not liable for veterinary visit costs to the buyer.
- All above mentioned scenarios do not apply and Snake It Up LLC assumes zero responsibility for animal if buyer chooses to create their own shipping label.
Snakes are carnivorous and have teeth, we are not responsible for any bites that should occur from our animals. Bites are common in the event of an aggressive animal or a feeding mistake. You may inquire about an animal's temper before buying.
Shipping costs are always non-refundable. You will be required to pay replacement shipping costs
If you have Buyer's remorse and the animal was paid in full including shipping, you will be refunded back 75% of the animal's cost, the remaining 25% is for re-stocking. Only up to $100 will be withheld for a re-stocking fee. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
Short term payment plans will be considered through inquiries, depending on the price of the animal.
Cash, Official Check, PayPal, Venmo, Square and all Major Credit Cards accepted. We may also negotiate a cryptocurrency payment method, as well as .999 and .9999 gold bullion and silver bullion at spot price equivalent to purchase.
Animals will only ship if temperature is above 40º F from the sending address and the recipient address. Any animals ordered will be held until then, for their safety and for your guaranteed satisfaction.
