At Snakenstein Reptiles we pride ourselves in quality animals. We have spent time and dedication acquiring our collection and look forward to providing quality designer Ball Pythons from the beginning hobbyist to breeders alike.
Store Policy
Payments-
We offer invoice based payment processing, we will request your email address and send an invoice via email for payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover cards. Cash payment for local pick ups is available. We do not accept PayPal, Cash App, or similar services for payment on live animals.
Shipping-
Shipping is completed through MorphMarket, currently only Tuesday-Wednesday priority Fed Ex overnight. Shipping is included in every animal listed valid to the 49 continental US. Export shipments can be arranged and shipping to be determined based on vet certificate needs, and export cost.
We can ship anywhere in the continental 49 states. Weather allowing! In the event weather is not safe for the animal, hub pick up or waiting for better temperatures may be the only option. We don’t ship in temperatures below 32 or above 90 degrees. We will discuss weather and shipping during the process.
Export
Export shipping is available currently to Canada and Puerto Rico. Requirements vary, please message for more information on exporting. If you have an agent you work with for exporting in the US, message us and we will verify agent and importer.
Live arrival guarantee-
For live arrival guarantee someone must be home on the first delivery attempt, failure to receive the animal on the first attempt voids live arrival guarantee. In the event of a DOA, we must be notified with in 1 hour of the delivery. Time starts based on Fed Ex time stamps along delivery. Please provide pictures of the condition of the box, pictures of the animal, and pictures of the inside of the box.
If shipping is being picked up from the hub, pick up must be completed with in two hours of notification of arrival or live arrival guarantee is invalid. Time starts once notification of delivery ready for pick up at Fed ex.
Genetic guarantee-
Genetics are guaranteed as labeled, in the event we think there may be a possible extra gene, we will label the animal as possible, hets will be listed either as 100% het or possible het depending on the pairing they came from. On possible hets or possible genes there is no guarantee on those genes, as its just a possibility the gene is there. Any questions on an animals genetics please send us a message.
Sex guarantee-
We guarantee to have correctly sexed the animal you have purchased. In the event we make a mistake, we will, at buyers choice, refund the difference of price, or if available replace with the correct animal, or refund the purchase once we’ve coordinated a return on the animal.
With the exception of above noted policies referring to an incorrectly sexed snake or DOA. All sales are final and non returnable or refundable.
Payment plans-
We do offer payment plans, 30 days on purchases over $450, 60 days on purchases over $900. We are always willing to customize a payment plan to fit. Payment plans are secured with a 30% non refundable deposit.
Available animals-
Animals listed as available are available until payment or payment plan has been agreed upon. All available animals are first come first serve.
Animals listed on hold are purchased animals awaiting pick up or shipping.
Feeders-
We breed our feeders, both rats and mice. All hatchlings are offered live rats first. As we prefer to feed rats. When do we offer mice, two part:
1) When a hatchling refuses 2 rat attempts.
2) Hatchling is from a smaller egg, hatched out small, generally in our experience these feed on mice extremely quickly. Which is a win win.
All animals listed are currently feeding on the described feeder on their listing.
State & Federal Laws:
We will not knowingly ship any animal(s) in violation of State and/or Federal Laws. Buyer is responsible for knowing their own local and state laws before purchasing.
8.25% sales tax will be added to all orders in Texas.
