Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"):
Making a purchase with us means that you agree to the Terms below:
Genetics Guarantee:
Any 100% heterozygous ("het") traits are 100% guaranteed. We produce our hets with our own visually recessive animals so there is no room for error. Possible hets are due to the breeding of either, het x het, or het x normal and will be listed as possible hets. Be aware, these may or may not prove out as het.
There are times, with multi-gene combos, that it can be difficult to determine exactly what visual genes are present, so we cannot 100% guarantee these. We will identify and label multi-gene animals as accurately as possible. Sometimes, there may be an extra gene at play that we we’re not aware of, or there might be slightly different genes than we initially thought, but this is rare. If you have questions about the genes listed in our ads, feel free to contact us before purchasing.
*Spider* As most of you know, the Spider gene comes with a neurological defect and can be mild to moderate (sometimes severe). It can vary in each animal depending on stress, age, during feeding, etc. It can show up as a "wobble" (shaky movements sometimes), “corkscrewing" (the head and body twist as it moves) and sometimes “stargazing” (staring straight up). We don’t breed with the Spider gene, but we do breed with the Woma gene, which is a similar gene to Spider. These same traits can show in Woma, as well. The point is, that this neurological defect is there, and we can't predict how it will present itself. If an animal has the Spider/Woma gene, it has the possibility to show these traits. If you do not want these traits in your pet/breeding animals, please do not order a snake that has the Spider/Woma gene. Our health guarantee does not cover KNOWN issues associated with the Spider/Woma gene. This is common knowledge in the industry and we assume that everybody has done their own research on the problems with this genetic line (or read these Terms and agree to them when making a purchase with us). We do not offer refunds, or exchanges, because of issues that were known about previous to the sale, which also means we do not offer refunds or exchanges due to the Spider/Woma neurological issues. If you have questions about our Woma breeding project, please feel free to ask.
Shipping:
Free shipping on orders over $750
We are shipping out via FedEx on Monday-Wednesday ONLY due to current shipping delays.
All shipping is via OVERNIGHT FedEx to your local hub when the weather is safe to do so. We will determine at the time of the final payment is received when it will be safe to ship your reptile. We will hold your animal(s) until it is safe to ship, based on local weather conditions, and weather conditions on your end. A tracking number will be provided upon final payment and shipping label created. Our live arrival guarantee is only valid if the high and low temperatures are between 30 and 90 degrees at our location, and the final arrival destination. Our live arrival guarantee is immediately null and void if the customer DOES NOT pick up the animal the day it arrives at their local hub.
If anything other than a healthy animal arrives, it is Buyer's responsibility to notify Seller within one hour of receiving the animal. PHOTO PROOF REQUIRED.
Pickup (Local or shows): We guarantee that your reptile is healthy and feeding upon pickup. Please examine the animal carefully and express any concerns or questions with us before leaving with the animal.
Purchasing:
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Payment(s) through Square and is to be paid in full at time of final sale. Alternative payment options including cash, Venmo, etc may be available at Buyer's request and only with Seller's permission.
Payment plans may be arranged on a case by case basis. Typically, we don’t except plans less than $500. We require a 25% nonrefundable deposit to hold any animal. If the customer fails to meet the terms of the plan (including payment deadlines) then the contract is breached and the deposit considered forfeit. We reserve the right to decline offers for payment plans.
Returns:
Please make sure the animal you inquire about is the one that you want. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS. This is because we have a closed facility and this way we can guarantee all animals we sell are healthy. Once an animal becomes exposed to any outside influences, we cannot be our quarantine and allow it back into our facility as this would put the rest of our collection at risk. Once an animal is exposed to factors out of our control, we can no longer guarantee that animal’s health to a new customer.
Sexing:
All animals-unless otherwise stated-will be sexed before the time of purchase. Buyer has 10 days to confirm or challenge the sex of the animal(s) they receive in order to receive a replacement or refund, after which Buyer forfeits the right to replacement or refund based on a mis-diagnosed sex.
Health Guarantee:
We only sell 100% healthy snakes and guarantee live arrival. In the rare event your animal arrives in any condition less than perfect, any claims must be made immediately, in writing, upon arrival. Do not call without sending a message via our morphmarket, facebook, instagram, text, or email FIRST. Any claims made over 4 hours from the Fedex delivery confirmation are invalid and void any guarantee.
All sales are final. Please make sure the animal you purchase is the one that you want. We do not accept returns - this is because we have a closed facility and this is the only way we can guarantee all animals we sell are healthy. Once an animal becomes exposed to any outside influences we cannot break our quarantine and allow it back into our facility as this would put the rest of our collection at risk. Once an animal is exposed to factors out of our control, we can no longer guarantee that animal’s health to a new customer. We quarantine all new snakes that enter our facility, we suggest you do the same.
