About
We are a couple who breeds ball pythons and crested geckos. We both love them dearly and enjoy producing new things to share with the reptile world. We are military friendly and will offer military discounts on some things. We can ship anywhere in the US and are also available for local pick up if you are near Pensacola, FL.

Store Policy
Payment methods: We accept most common forms of payment, including credit card, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, SQUARE, Apple Pay, Cashapp, and of course cash if local. Payments are non-refundable. All sales are final.
Payment plans: Offered on a case-by-case basis. Our typical plans start with a 25% non-refundable deposit and require the full balance to be paid within 30-60 days. We only offer payment plans on animals listed $500 or more. Please inquire about a plan specific to this animal. If we do not hear from you again within the payment plan period, your animal will be considered abandoned, and your deposit will not be refunded. All deposits and payments are nonrefundable. All sales are final. Listed prices are firm if a payment plan is needed.
*Do to the change in PayPal’s goods and services fee, if you prefer to send via goods and services instead of friends and family we will ask that you include the 2.99% fee on top of the total price*
Shipping: Temperatures must be between 32-92 for ball pythons and 45-90 for crested geckos. We will hold for no extra charge if we need to wait to ship due to temperatures. We prefer to ship directly to a Fedex Hub however, if need be, we can ship directly to your house as well. Someone must be home at the delivery address to sign for the package on the first delivery attempt or the live arrival guarantee is null and void. We are not responsible for carrier delays. Insurance is optional in that event and can be purchased additionally if you would like to be covered for a DOA due to a carrier delay. (Currently insurance is only available for Fedex Hub pick up) If we are shipping to a hub you must pick up your package within 2 hours of package availability or the live arrival guarantee is null and void. For all DOAs we will need a picture of the deceased animals and to contact us within an hour of delivery.
Heath Guarantee: All animals are 100% guaranteed for safe and healthy arrival.
Sales / Shipping Guarantee:
1. If Seller backs out of a deal that Buyer has paid money into, Seller is responsible to pay back 100% of the money, including any portion labeled as non-refundable.
2. If Seller goes 14 days or more without a response to Buyer that has given them money and not yet received the animal, then the Seller may forfeit all rights to any non-refundable portions and owes the Buyer a 100% refund if/when they ask for it, subject to MorphMarket’s discretion.
3. Animals are guaranteed to arrive to Buyer alive and in good health condition.
4. Seller guarantees that the animal being delivered is exactly the one represented in the ad, unless otherwise stipulated in the ad with the use of an official Representative Photo.
5. Seller guarantees the sex of the ball python being delivered. Claim period is 7 days, please double check the sex of your purchase upon arrival. Sex of a crested gecko is not guaranteed unless over 20 grams. We can check for pores on a crested gecko however that is not 100% accurate.
6. Seller guarantees that the animal shipped will not be LESS than 20% margin of error in weight if the weight is advertised
7. Seller guarantees the animal was shipped out in a healthy state and shipped according to all FedEx rules and regulations. Buyer is responsible for animal injury or loss if buyer fails to obtain animal immediately after home delivery or pickup within 2 hours of hub delivery.
8. If the animal is shown to be sick or injured within 24 hours of delivery as proven by the Buyer (with photos and videos or vet record, as needed), seller is responsible for refund or replacement.
9. Seller is not responsible for animal temperament.
Ball Python Genetics Guarantee:
1. Because of the increasing complexity of Ball Python combos, we can not 100% guarantee accuracy of incomplete dominant (co-dom) genes in our animals.
2. Recessive genetics (homozygous & heterozygous) are always fully guaranteed.
3. Correct gender is fully guaranteed.
