Hey! My name is Lauren. Keeping ball pythons became a dream of mine many years ago when I saw a Clown for the first time. Breeding them came later as I learned about the cool traits that we can selectively breed for. I am a music producer on the side and see art in every facet of life, including in living things.
I am committed to producing and selling high quality animals. What’s high quality? I like to consider colour, pattern, and temperament. I strive to produce vibrantly coloured/contrasted animals with unique patterns that come along with a friendly personality that is easy to get attached to. I enjoy learning about this species’ behaviour, keeping up with literature as it comes out, and have target trained a few of my animals for personal enjoyment and I like spending time with my snakes. I raise my animals with their wellbeing at the front and center of my priorities list, regardless of how complex or simple of a genetic combo they are carrying.

SPECTRAL SERPENTS TERMS OF SERVICE/ SALES/SHIPPING
> LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE
We guarantee that all animals will arrive alive and healthy under the condition that animals being held at a hub are picked up promptly. If for some unfortunate reason you receive a dead on arrival animal it is your responsibility to contact us immediately. It is your responsibility to provide us with photographic proof the animal is dead. Please contact us within the hour to let us know of the d.o.a. so that your live arrival guarantee is not void. In the event of a d.o.a. if an acceptable replacement is not available a full refund will be issued including the shipping.
> TO YOUR LOCAL HUB SHIPMENTS
***We only ship to FedEx shipping center hubs as it is the safest way to ensure your new animal arrives alive and thriving*** It is the buyers responsibility to pick up the package at the hub promptly. Packages held at hubs are usually available for pickup around 8-9am so live arrival guarantee is void on any packages not picked up within 3 hours of being available for pickup at the hub, unless stated otherwise.
> PROPERLY SEXED GUARANTEE
We guarantee that any animal sold as a male or female has been properly sexed. In the event you receive an animal that has been incorrectly sexed we will be glad to provide a shipping label to return the animal. Please ensure the sex upon delivery, and return requests for improperly sexed animals will be honored within 48 hours of delivery. Upon arriving alive and healthy back at our facility and being proven incorrectly sexed, a replacement animal will be sent at our cost. If an acceptable replacement is not available then a full refund shall be issued.
> PROPER MORPH IDENTIFICATION
We do our best to properly ID every animal we post. We do frequently ask for second and third opinions from trusted people in the industry to guarantee a proper identification. Unfortunately, we cannot always be 100% certain on all incomplete dominant genes and will always post the pairing for you to form your own opinion. Hets are always 100% guaranteed unless explicitly stated otherwise. Animals posted are purchased as seen, and refunds will not be awarded if for some reason the ID is incorrect.
> ANIMAL TEMPERAMENT
We do our best to ensure that our animals are used to interaction and are used to our presence. Our main method of getting our snakes used to our presence is passive desensitisation, but we also directly interact with our snakes on a fairly regular basis. We can’t guarantee personality types, but we do put effort into making sure that your animal’s transition into its new home is as easy as possible for the animal and keeper alike.
> AUCTIONS
Auction wins must be paid within 24 hours of the win. We are currently only shipping to the continental US and will only ship to your local FedEx hub. Payment plans on auctions may be allowed on bids over $500, ONLY IF, the payment plan is agreed on prior to the auction win. >PAYMENT PLANS
Payment plans can be done on a case by case basis, based on the price of the animal and the customer’s ability to pay an animal off in a reasonable period of time. 25% non-refundable deposit required to place the animal on hold. If you fail to follow through on the payment plan, everything you paid past the 25% deposit will be refunded.
Payment plan must be agreed upon at time of down payment.
