About
We are a home based breeder. We specialize in Regal jumping spiders and Isopods.
We offer lifetime support with our animals and each animal is raised with love and handled often but adults and kids. Our owner was a vet tech working in exotic medicine for 23 years before starting this buisness.
Store Policy
We accept most all major payment methods including Zelle, Venmo, Cashapp, and Square. If you are local contact us and we can arrange a local pick up and even for you to pick one out in person. We offer lifetime communication and support with any animals purchased through us.
All of our spiders are sold as pets ONLY unless otherwise discussed before hand. Many of our breeding moms are related so it would not be advised to breed any of our babies together. We use males from other lines and captive breeders for the dads and then keep them as our pets after their job is done.
All sales are final.
We do not offer ANY guarantees, refunds, exchanges, or replacements.
If you have any issues with your order please contact us right away and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
The only exception to our refund or replacement policy is a lost package. It has only happened 1 time so far where a package was completley lost by fedex. In that case we will arrange either a refund or replacement.
*We do offer holds for up to 7 days but do require a 50% non-refundable deposit on all holds. The day after your scheduled final payment is due we consider the deposit forefited and re-list the spider. ****Flash Sale pricing is first come first serve and so we do not offer holds on those.***
If you want to make a purchase and delay shipping we can do that just please let us know before ordering so we can arrange a later shipping date.
Our Shipping is done typically on Mondays or Tuesdays.
Our order/shipping policy is that all orders must be placed and paid at least 48 hours prior to expected shipping date. If they are not paid within that time then they will be pushed to the next week's shipping. At this time we are unable to offer same day shipping as we need time to package them safely and schedule everything.
We do NOT EVER ship Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, or Saturdays for the safety of the animal. Fedex does not deliver often on Saturdays so typically if there is a delay then they are held until the next week and it is not safe for them to be packaged for that long. The safety of our spiders are our top priority.
We reserve the right to decline adoption to anyone.
