We strive to produce genetically and visually appealing animals with their health and happiness above all! All of our animals are given the highest level of care and diet ensuring they will make the perfect breeder or pet for any reptile enthusiast or family home.
Guarantees:
We guarantee our leopard geckos to be as described and 100% healthy. The gecko may become stressed from shipping and may stop eating for a small period of time. Do not be alarmed by this. Let your gecko settle in and it should resume eating within a week.
We guarantee the health of your gecko for 10 days from the time you receive it, as long as proper husbandry is provided.
We guarantee the sex of your gecko unless otherwise noted as “temperature sexed”.
We guarantee live arrival, only as long as the package is signed for and received on the first delivery attempt. A gecko left outside will not be guaranteed, nor will an animal left at a HUB overnight due to buyer neglect.
We will only ship animals when shipping conditions are ideal/safe. This means animals will not be shipped when temperatures exceed 100 degrees or are below 45 degrees, inclement weather is forecasted, or when advised otherwise by our shipper.
We do offer payment plans (length may vary depending on order size)! Payment plans and holds will require a 30% non-refundable deposit. The deposit is non-refundable as the animal will be marked as unavailable and other potential buyers could be missed due to this, in addition to the increased length of care of the animal. The deposit will of course be applied toward the total of the sale. Thank you and please message us with any questions!
