Store Policy

Payment Options:
We accept payments via PayPal, cash and Zelle.

Shipping:
We prefer not to ship but if necessary we will only ship priority overnight through Fedex via Reptiles2you anywhere within the lower 48 states. Shipping to be held at a local hub is a MUST currently. The shipping fee is at the expense of the buyer. Shipping can vary and a quote can be provided before inquiring about a gecko. We only ship Monday-Wednesday of each week (excluding major holidays) and only when weather/temperatures permits. We can hold the gecko for as long as necessary if temperatures on both ends are not satisfactory for shipping. This is temperatures between 40°-80° on both ends and transfer hubs. We reserve the right to decline/close options for shipping during certain times of the year unless shipping has been discussed prior or if there’s a shipping hold (due to weather) on a gecko already in progress.

Delivery/Pickup:
Local dealings are preferred. We are located in Arlington, TX. Local pickup and delivery can be planned. Limitations of delivery may include distance and hours of availability on both ends. Delivery up to 15 miles away and reasonable halfway meetups can be done at no charge. Delivery at greater distances may have a small fee of $0.75 a mile.

Health Guarantee:
We offer a 14 day health guarantee on our geckos. This does not include accidents, tail loss during transit and husbandry related issues in the buyers care. We get fecal samples checked for parasites prior to going to their new homes. However, even with these precautions we highly recommend an appropriate quarantine protocol and length of time. In the event the gecko becomes ill or dies within the 14 day guarantee, we ask for you to contact us immediately and we will walk you through the steps to having the gecko be brought back to us for diagnostic testing or necropsy at our expense. This is very important to ensure proper bio-security for both parties.
DOAs (Deceased on arrival) are included in this. In the event the gecko was shipped and arrived DOA, we must be immediately notified within 1 hour of delivery.
We will require pictures and return of the deceased gecko as soon as possible. Refund eligibility will be assessed after diagnosis. Diagnostic tests, lab notes and veterinary notes will be shared with buyer.

No longer able to keep or care for gecko:
We understand that things can happen and change very quickly. We ask that we are the first to be contacted if the gecko needs to be re-homed for any reason. The purchasing fee will be given and if shipping is needed, it will be at our expense.
If the gecko was re-homed prior to our communication, we may ask for the new owners’ information (with explicit consent from the new owner of course) to contact for updates, lineage tracking, questions and concerns for the life time of the gecko.
