Store Policy
SHIPPING: We only ship between 35-85 degrees Fahrenheit to ensure live arrival. Exceptions may be made beyond these temperatures, but the animal must be sent to FedEx Facility - when doing this, live arrival is not a guarantee. Prices range between $25-$70 depending on your location. We are not responsible for any sort of carrier delays, unfortunate mishaps, or tail drops during shipment, but will do our best in accommodating you in the best way possible. If the animal arrives DOA, we must be contacted within 45 minutes of delivery with picture evidence.
LOCAL PICKUP: If would like to arrange for local pickup, please email or message me. We are located in Sarasota, FL.
PAYMENT PLANS: Payment plans are available on geckos $150+. Deposits made during payment plans are NON-REFUNDABLE. Contact us if you would like to set up a payment plan.
We reserve the right to refuse to sell to anybody we may deem unfit to have one of our animals.
