Store Policy
By engaging with Starry Night Geckos, and completing the payment transaction, you affirm that you have reviewed and agreed to these terms!
To acquire a Gecko, you must be 18 years or older.
Payments:
We accept cash in person, as well as PayPal Friends&Family, Apple Pay, Venmo, and Cashapp.
Payment plans:
For animals priced over $500, we offer payment plans with a 30% non-refundable deposit. The remainder of the balance is to be paid within 30-90 days. For animals with higher prices, Starry Night Geckos may make adjustments to the payment schedules on a case-by-case basis.
Reptiles will only be shipped after full payment clears, and shipping conditions are deemed safe
Shipping:
All orders are shipped via FedEx Next Day Priority. Shipping charges range from $60-$100 (multiple animals can be sent in one shipment).
We only ship on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, as long as daytime highs are below 85 and nighttime lows are above 40. The cost of shipping is non-refundable. International shipping is not offered.
Live Arrival Guarantee:
New owners must contact us within 1 hour of the gecko being delivered to guarantee live arrival.
If the gecko dies in transit, provide a picture of the box and a video of the reptile within one hour of arrival.
Please reach out, even if the gecko arrived without issues. We want to ensure the safe arrival of your new companion.
No reduction or refund will be provided if a gecko drops its tail. They can do so when scared, but geckos don't need their tails to survive.
Our geckos are fed various flavors of Pangea, along with calcium-dusted crickets twice a week.
Geckos will be pore sexed to the best of our ability. While most will be posted unsexed, feel free to request pore sexing. However, sex is not guaranteed.
Just because there's food in the cage doesn't guarantee the gecko will eat. The transition to a new environment can be stressful; please allow time for your gecko to adjust. It can take at the most two weeks for geckos to begin eating in their new environment.
As a pet owner, it's your responsibility to educate yourself on your new pet's needs. Ensure a proper setup, maintain appropriate temperatures, and provide suitable food and humidity. We sincerely hope that you love your new friend!
Before purchasing, we encourage thorough research as a responsible owner/breeder.
Once your reptile is home, it's your responsibility to monitor its health and meet its needs.
