SHIPPING
- Temps must be above 60 or below 77 in order to ship. Unless other arrangements have been made using heat and cryopacks which are considered on a case by case basis. Shipping is only offered in 48 states. During the COVID-19 epidemic we are not responsible for any delays, DOAs, or problems concerning the animal. If death occurs due to Covid related delays, we will reimburse you the full amount or apply the $ amount to another available gecko. You are responsible for all your shipping costs. Someone must be available to receive the package. Whoever it is must have read our TOS and package instructions as the same rules that apply to the buyer will apply to them. Hub shipping is required, NOT to personal residence. You must contact us of the safe arrival of the gecko within 30 minutes of delivery and send video. You must notify us of any problems immediately. We will double check the address prior to printing the label. We are not responsible for you not picking the gecko up at the hub and getting back to us in the allotted time frame to guarantee live arrival. Arrangement to pick up the gecko is solely on you. If you are not available and the gecko is left unattended all health guarantees are null and void. I will only ship on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesdays. No gecko will be shipped until full payment clears. I am willing to meet within 2-3 hours of Milwaukee WI.
TAIL LOSS
- Not covered/eligible for reimbursement.
DOA EVENT
- If this were to ever occur we will need photos of both the outside and inside of the package as well as of the gecko. Do not dispose of the gecko until instructed. Refrigerate the body while we talk about what to do next. If you dispose of the body against our instruction you will not be eligible for a replacement or store credit.
HEALTH
- As long as the conditions of our TOS has been met we have a LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE policy. Once the gecko is in your hands their health and livelihood depend upon you. Proof of illness or death is required within 30min of delivery. This guarantee does not cover injury sustained after arrival but within the 30min notification period, such as injury sustained from other pets, tail loss, burns from inappropriate enclosure, etc. Please keep cats out of gecko rooms, they are responsible for many gecko deaths. Tail loss during shipment is not covered, shipping can cause stress which may lead to tail loss. If issues occur after receiving we are not responsible as so many things may contribute to a decline in the health of a crested gecko.
"PROBABLE GENDER" GECKOS
- Please do not ask us to recheck the pore status of the gecko prior to shipping. No gecko under 20 is guaranteed sex.
CHARGE-BACKS
If you elect to do a charge-back you will be black listed and we will report your conduct in the BOI groups. There breeders, buyers and hobby enthusiasts will be able to look up your name and see any reviews pertaining to business experiences that you're involved in. This can be detrimental to purchasing or selling anymore reptiles.
PAYMENT PLANS & DEPOSITS
- Deposits are a nonrefundable payment. If we have not heard back from you in 21 days the gecko is considered abandoned, we will keep the deposit and relist the gecko. Payment plans are considered on a case by case basis. If no payment plan has been approved, full payment must be received within 24 hours of non-refundable deposit. Deposits are a minimum of $50 or 20%, whichever is greater.
