Store Policy
I am open to reasonable offers on any animal that you find in my store. Hit that inquire button and make me an offer, the worst I can do is respectfully decline your offer.
Please ask for additional and current photos and weights.
Please read listings for current availability status for hatchling/babies. Babies cannot be delivered until they've had 5 consecutive unassisted meals. Deposits can be taken on these babies to hold until ready to ship at which time full payment is due, in the event that a baby fails to thrive the deposit will be refunded.
Payment can be made via most standard payment methods, Zelle is preferred, but other options include Paypal (preferred Friends & Family), Venmo, and CashApp. Zelle, Venmo, CashApp, and Paypal (Friends & Family) are free to both of us. I can also offer credit card processing and AfterPay (installments) via Square.
Shipping is the flat rate of $85, unless otherwise specified such as the free shipping promotions or the very large females. Flat rate shipping is for FedEx Ship Center to FedEx Ship Center ONLY. Shipping to a residential address is more expensive and must be quoted before payment is made.
Shipping can only occur if the temperature is 40 degrees or higher and only to a FedEx Hub if the weather is colder than 60 or warmer than 90.
I do not ship on Thursdays or Fridays. I've seen too many examples of animals shipped on Thursday that get delayed and miss the Friday delivery which leaves them in a FedEx facility until Monday.
Animal is guaranteed to arrive alive and if received dead on arrival, will be 100% refunded if the buyer picks the animal up within two hours of being notified by FedEx of arrival at the FedEx Ship Center hub or received immediately and in person at your home or business address. I prefer to ship to your nearest FedEx Ship Center hub based upon my personal experiences with them as a buyer of live reptiles.
Lastly, I caution that you pay attention to the DIET section of the ad and if the animal's diet is Soft Fur, rest assured I've tried to break them of their ASF addiction and have not been able to do so. If you live in the states below, I will refuse to sell you any animal that only feeds on those ASF mice/rats:
