Keeping snakes is a family hobby for us. These animals are our beloved pets! We keep and breed ball pythons, and work hard to produce healthy animals with high quality genetics suitable for both pet homes and breeding projects.

*ABSOLUTELY NO SALES TO ANY MINORS UNDER 18 YEARS OLD
*We accept the following forms of payment: PayPal, Venmo, credit/debit card, cashier’s check, and cash at local pickup
*We offer a 100% live arrival, good health, and accurate sex guarantee. Any improperly sexed animals, health issues, or deaths must be reported to us with time stamped photos within 24 hours of receipt to qualify for a full refund or replacement. Issues arising after this 24 hour window but within the first 7 days of receipt may be considered for partial refund, store credit, or replacement on a case-by-case basis.
*It is the customer’s responsibility to know how to properly care for the animals they purchase. We are more than happy to answer any questions to ensure these animals are in the best of care, but cannot be held liable for health issues or death due to improper care/poor husbandry. We reserve the right to terminate or refuse a sale if we feel that the animal will not be properly cared for.
*Payment plans are only available on a case by case basis on animals valued at $500 or more, and payment is due in full on any animal before it can be shipped, regardless of whether there is a payment plan or not. Payment plans require a 25% nonrefundable deposit and the full balance due within 30-60 days. All sales are final, and all deposits and payments towards payment plans are non-refundable. A buyer's failure to complete their payment plan within the agreed upon timeframe will result in the forfeit of their hold on the animal(s) and any money sent. Please do not enter into a payment plan unless you are certain you can pay as agreed.
*Shipping is to your local FedEx hub ONLY, and we only ship Mondays/Tuesdays for a Tuesday/Wednesday arrival. We ship when the temperature is above 40° and below 90° at all hubs involved in the shipment. We will not ship when extreme conditions in weather occur, or in high volume shipping times around holidays. The animal must be picked up within 2 hours of delivery to your local FedEx hub.
*Recessive traits are guaranteed (heterozygous & homozygous) but due to the increasing complexity of multi-gene combos, incomplete dominant traits cannot be guaranteed. We do our best to correctly ID all animals but due to the complicated nature of certain genetic combos and general absence of comparison animals, absolute accuracy is not always possible.
