Store Policy
Payment plans are available for snakes over $500. A 25% non-refundable fee is required to hold, and the remaining balance must be paid off within 60 days. If you default on a payment plan, your animal will be put back on the market, and I will refund any payments made minus the 25% Non-refundable fee. Payment plans are done via an invoice sent to your email through PayPal goods and services. I accept Payments through PayPal, Zelle, and Venmo. In-person, I prefer exact cash but also have a card reader with a 3% fee for use, which accepts Apple and Google Pay.
Shipping cost depends on your zip code. Please message me for a shipping quote. Shipping for reptiles requires FedEx overnight delivery. You must pick up the package from your nearest FedEx Hub that accepts live shipments. If you give me your address, I can tell you where that is located. You can also find information about the location on the FedEx website. Click the Dangerous Goods shipping and the Hold Express package for pickup on the filter menu.
Shipping is only done when it is safe for the animal. The nighttime low must be above 40, and the daytime high not be above 95. This is for the snake's safety, and I want to ensure they arrive alive and healthy. I ship to your nearest FedEx Hub that accepts live animals. Please message me with any questions.
