All Sales over 1500$ qualify for free shipping
Satisfaction: Our ball pythons are healthy, sexed, and are mite/tick free upon their arrival. If for some unfortunate reason you are not satisfied with the above mentioned you must notify us within 48 hours. We guarantee live arrival. We have the right not to sell a snake if we feel like you lack experience, knowledge, and do not have a proper place for the snake. I cannot guarantee the long term health of any animals since we cannot control your proper care of the animal.
Payments: Paypal and Venmo are Accepted
All animals must be paid for completely before being shipped out.
Payment Plan: Plans are made with a minimum down deposit of 20%. This is NONREFUNDABLE and is part of you claiming that animal and for us to hold it for you. Most plans range from 30-45 days and I will be flexible if you have a unique situation.
Pricing: All prices are subject to change and we reserve the right to hold back an animal that has not been sold yet.
FedEx: We use FedEx! Shipping starts at $55+, depending on weight,size, and location. It may increase for multiple snakes. Shipping also includes, insulated box, snake bags, heat and cold packs.
Shipping: Shipping is made Monday-Wednesday. We guarantee live arrival until 10:30am or latest is 12pm, after those times we are not responsible snakes passes. ***WE ONLY SHIP TO YOUR NEAREST FEDEX SHIP CENTER HOLD FOR PICK UP AT THE MOMENT!!!***If the shipment is placed on hold for pick up at one of the FedEx locations than someone is to pick up the shipment within 2 hours of arrival. If no one is available and its more than 2 hours the warranty for live arrival will be voided! If the snake is DOA, we will replace the animal if possible with an equivalent animal or issue a credit for the full amount of the amount purchased and it can be used towards the purchase of any animal.
If you insist on shipping to your home and no one is there to receive package or takes all day to deliver your package, or your not notified when your package arrives we are not responsible for what happens to your package!
Climate: If the weather is too extreme (meaning HOT/COLD) we have the right not to ship until weather permits. But we will gladly care for your snakes until weather is acceptable.
Cancellations: For any cancellations there are NO REFUNDS, but you can get credit towards a different snake.
**Unfortunately with so many genetics that goes into the ball pythons it does get a little tricky on identifying what genes are at play. We can’t 100% guarantee the validity of the genes in our snakes in regards to animals that are hard to visually differentiate.
