We focus on quality over quantity. We have spent the last few years learning, acquiring breeding stock that meet our long-term goals, and perfecting our projects. This means we are still producing and selling on a small scale compared to many other breeders, but when you purchase a gecko from The Crested Closet, you know you're getting an animal that has been well-cared for and selectively bred.
Store Policy
- 3 day live arrival guarantee, which is void if you fail to communicate an issue promptly, fail to provide proof of death or illness, have failed to provide proper quarantine, or have clearly failed to meet the animal's care needs.
- In the event of a DOA, a replacement animal of equal monetary value or a full refund will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- If the buyer changes their mind before the animal is shipped, 10% of the gecko's total cost is forfeited as compensation for my time, or 20% if I have held the animal for more than 2 weeks.
- If we attempt to reach you through all available methods and 7 calendar days pass with no communication, the amount paid will be refunded (less the deposit) and the gecko will be re-listed for sale
- Please communicate any issues with me directly and we will work toward a resolution that is fair to both parties
