Now with a few clutches in our experience we are looking forward to really touch our feet on the ground. A small hometown couple with a passion for the un-loved creatures we have! Starting small with only Royals available, we will expand eventually to other species. We keep a plethora of critters already!
Store Policy
Payment methods: We accept most common forms of payment, including: Credit Cards, Venmo, Apple Pay, Cash, ect (if you have a question please ask). Payments are non-refundable, and all sales are final.
Payment plans: These are offered on a case by case basis, typically with a 25% deposit and the balance within 30-60 days. Please inquire about plan that is specific to this animal. Deposits & payments are non-refundable, all sales are final.
Heath Guarantee: All animals are 100% guaranteed for safe and healthy arrival.
Sales / Shipping Guarantee:
1. Seller has any right to refuse a sale for the health of the animal being considered. Any deposits held on the animal are non-refundable.
2. If Seller goes 14 days or more without a response to Buyer that has given them money and not yet received the animal, then the Seller may forfeit all rights to any non-refundable portions and owes the Buyer a 100% refund if/when they ask for it, subject to MorphMarket’s discretion.
3. Animals are guaranteed to arrive to Buyer alive and in good health condition.
4. Seller guarantees that the animal being delivered is exactly the one represented in the ad, unless otherwise stipulated in the ad with the use of an official Representative Photo.
5. Seller guarantees the sex of the animal being delivered. Claim period is 7 days, please double check the sex of your purchase upon arrival.
6. Seller guarantees that the animal shipped will not be LESS than 20% margin of error in weight if the weight is advertised
7. Seller guarantees the animal was shipped out in a healthy state and shipped according to all FedEx or UPS’s rules and regulations. Buyer is responsible for animal injury or loss if buyer fails to obtain animal immediately after home delivery or pickup within 8 hours of hub delivery.
8. If the animal is shown to be sick or injured within 24 hours of delivery as proven by the Buyer (with photos and videos, as needed), seller is responsible for refund or replacement.
9. Seller is not responsible for animal temperament. However I will do my best and offer the chance to switch feeding if absolutely necessary.
MorphMarket's Default Store Policy
specifies any terms which have not been overridden by this Seller's stated policy.
