We are a husband and wife veteran family that is just getting into breeding and growing our collection. I know it's tough starting on morphmarket but thank you for taking a look.
Store Policy
Live arrival, sex, and health are guaranteed. We prefer to have snakes shipped to and held at local FedEx hubs for pickup, but for residential deliveries you must be available on the first delivery attempt or the live arrival guarantee is void. Shipping is done through Redline Shipping Priority overnight service (Typically $40-$75 adults will be more) in temperatures between 38 and 90 degrees.
We do offer 30-60 day payment plans. To hold and reserve a snake, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required. We accept payment through Venmo, Cashapp or Square invoice and taxes add 10% processing fee added. Please no comments when sending payment. Communication is key with payment plans. I get life happens. You need to communicate issues. Can't promise to always work something out but will do our best. Payment must be made in full and clear before we will ship the snake. All money paid on a payment plan is nonrefundable if plan is cancelled by the buyer. Credit will be given to the buyer if they communicate needing to cancel payment plan. If seller backs out of payment plan full refund will be given.

You do have one hour for a DOA and there must be documented proof it has passed away within the time frame. Send me a video ASAP or do unboxing videos. They are fun and really help out the seller.
Refunds are given on a case by case basis. Deposits are non refundable and unless an animal is completely wrong or dead, you get a portion back or that remaining amount towards another animal in the inventory. Remember they must be within the one hour.
