Store Policy
Local pick up or meeting within a reasonable distance. If weather permits shipping can be arranged at buyers expense.
All animals sold are guaranteed healthy and feeding. All shipping is done weather permitting and insulated boxes will be used along with heat packs and Cryopaks when necessary. Live arrival is always guaranteed but shipments must be received on the first delivery attempt and notification of any DOA must be provided within three(3) hours of delivery. I will NOT be held responsible for delivery delays where the receiving party failed to accept the package on the first delivery attempt. When boxes are shipped “hold for p/u”, the same DOA claims must be made within three(3) hours of guaranteed by delivery time.
