We started over 25 years ago in my grandfather’s basement. Over the years, we have decided to share our love of our animals. We do not breed on volume, but rather a very specific schedule. This gives us a more hands on approach and the ability to provide the best care that we feel possible! We believe this allows us to delivery happy, healthy, and handleable babies. Store Policy
STORE POLICY TERMS & CONDITIONS:
* Failure to read the terms and conditions, whether intentional or accidental will under no
circumstances be a reason to consider them altered or void.
* No one under the age of 18yrs can purchase an animal without parental consent.
* All sales are final
* We require proof of habitat BEFORE animal is shipped.
* We reserve the right to refuse sale to any buyer, for any reason.
GUARANTEES:
* The TGRC guarantees live arrival.
* We guarantee genetics and gender when specified.
* NO guarantees can be made after the 3-hour received window has passed.
PAYMENTS OPTIONS:
* We currently accept PayPal, Zelle, Cash App or Venmo. (*Cash local pickup only)
* Down payments made are Non-Refundable with no exceptions, and will be valid for 14 business
days. (25% of sale)
* Payment must be completed prior to animal shipping.
* Missed payments or abandonment will result in loss of hold and down payment funds.
SHIPPING:
* We ship Monday - Wednesday next day air weather permitting between 40-90°F
* Animals sold will only be shipped to approved Fed Ex ship centers for PICKUP ONLY.
* All animals held for pickup must be picked up within 2 hours of arrival or all guarantees are void.
* The TGRC is not liable for any shipping carrier delays or shipping address errors due to customer
negligence that results in DOA.
* If there are any issues with the animal after it has been received the buyer must notify us within
the first 3 hours after delivery. We use tracking info to determine delivery time. No exceptions.
LOCAL PICK UP:
*Available by reservation only. During checkout, please include contact info and desire to pick up.
*Habitat requirements still must be met prior to delivery
