Store Policy
These terms and conditions are specific to our store and override Default MM Policies. Purchasing from our store means you have read our terms and are in agreement to such. See full terms & conditions below. Sex and health are guaranteed. Besides DOA, any problem with your animal must be reported to us within 2 hours of arrival. The health guarantee is valid for the initial 24 hours because we cannot control your environment or husbandry, but we are always willing to help if you have any questions regarding proper setup. DOA must be reported within 1 hour of arriving based on FedEx time stamp and photo evidence provided.
There are however circumstances that will void the live arrival guarantee.
1. The buyer or a member of the household must be present to sign for the package on the first delivery attempt if not shipped “hold for pick up” at your local FedEx shipping hub.
2. Temperatures at the hub or destination being under 38°F or over 100°F.
3. Animals held for pickup at a FedEx location must be picked up the same day within 4 hours of arrival.
4. A delay in shipping resulting in rerouting due to an inaccurate delivery address being provided.
All shipments will be leaving from Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport (GSP) located in Greenville, South Carolina. All shipments are processed through Redline Shipping via FedEx Priority Overnight on Tuesday or Wednesday, weather permitting, and only following their guidelines. Both shipper and destination temperature highs must be above 38°F and below 100°F. Requesting shipping outside of these temperature guidelines nullifies any Guarantee of Live Arrival by The Noodle Group. We prefer to ship to your local FedEx shipping hub as "Hold for pickup" to reduce the risk for the animal, unless otherwise agreed upon before shipping.
Shipping Insurance
Redline Shipping offers shipping insurance unless otherwise specified on their website (during busy shipping times of year; for example Holiday seasons and during extreme weather conditions) Insurance can be purchased at the BUYERS EXPENSE for an additional charge of $2.50 per $100 in value of purchase. This is the direct Redline Shipping charge, and they issue the insurance coverage in the event that there is a late delivery.
In the event your animal arrives deceased, you will need to notify us within 1 hour of pickup from FedEx hub or delivery. Picture of packaging and animal should be sent with notification. You must also retain the packaging and animal (place it in your freezer) for up to 30 days unless otherwise notified by The Noodle Group. Failure to complete these steps will forfeit the guaranteed arrival insurance coverage.
Payment Methods
We accept most common forms of payment, including: PayPal, CashApp, Zelle, Venmo, direct invoicing and we now also offer AfterPay which is available on request. Payments are non-refundable, and all sales are final.
Payment Plans
These are offered on a case-by-case basis, typically with a 25% non-refundable deposit and the balance is to be paid in full within 30-60 days. Please inquire about a plan that is specific to this animal. Deposits & payments are non-refundable, all sales are final.
Heath Guarantee
All animals are 100% guaranteed for safe and healthy arrival.
