Live Arrival Guarantee
In the event that a reptile arrives dead, you must notify us immediately. Please provide us with your order information and a detailed description of the issue.
We may request proof of death, such as photographs or videos of the deceased animal, to verify the claim.
If our investigation confirms that the reptile was dead upon arrival, we will provide a refund.
Health Guarantee
We guarantee that all reptiles are shipped in good health, free from visible signs of illness or disease. If, within 7 days of purchase, you experience any issues with your reptile's health, please contact us to discuss options for resolution. We may offer a return or replacement, or provide guidance on how to address the issue and remedy the problem.
All sales must be paid in full within 24 hours of purchase or auction closing. If payment is not received in 24 hours and there has been no communication the reptile will be placed back up for sale.
We ship next day using overnight priority shipping. We ship Monday-Wednesday. Any orders placed Wednesday after 12pm through Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by FedEx.
We strongly prefer to ship to your local hub, but if you choose to have it delivered to your residence an adult 21+ must be present to sign for it. If it is not signed for and gets sent back with FedEx the live arrival guarantee is void. You must pick your package up from the hub within ONE hour, if not picked up in this time frame our live arrival guarantee is void.
