Must be 18 years of age or older to purchase a live sale, payments are accepted by Etransfer or PayPal only unless local pickup or expo, cash will be accepted but no personal checks. The Gecko Loft also has the right to refuse a sale for any reason PERIOD!
Local pickup or shipping can be arranged at buyers expense. No shipping available during winter months, weather must be good on both ends to ensure safe travel and live arrival. Geckos will also not be shipped until 5+ grams. If purchasing a live sale during winter months I do winter holds at no extra charge until safe shipping weather permits.
Live arrival guarantee, for this to be valid I do require photo/video proof from the moment you receive your shipment! In the off chance of a DOA (dead upon arrival) I will offer a full refund or credit to be used for any future purchases of equal amount that does not expire, you the purchaser will still be responsible for shipping cost.
The Gecko Loft is not responsible for any carrier delays or mishandling. Once the animal leaves my hands I cannot control everything that happens afterwards.
Please NOTE that during shipping geckos will sometimes drop their tails due to stress. This does not affect the health or breeding ability of the gecko, therefore NO compensation will be offered in the case of a tail loss during shipment.
Payment plans will be available on geckos valued at $250+ with a 50% non refundable deposit. The remaining purchase price must be paid in full within 30 days of the deposit. If a buyer fails to pay off the remaining amount by the 30 day mark, and no contact has been made by the buyer you will lose your deposit. I DO NOT have time to chase people around and remind them of their payment plan, that is the buyers responsibility! If a gecko is paid in full and you decide to back out afterwards, only 50% of the purchase price will be refunded, if shipping has already been booked there will be no refunds for shipping.
