Store Policy
No refunds given if you are not prepared, so please do not purchase unless you're 100% sure about adding one of our animals to your family.
If temperatures are unsafe (over 85F or below 40F) we will hold your gecko(s) for no extra charge until safe temperatures arrive.
No refunds for any reason other than the unlikely chance of animal death before shipment
All communication must be through Morph Market.
It is your responsibility to contact me and stay up to date on your hold or shipment info.
If you ignore my contact for shipping information and dates for more than 21 days, your animal is assumed abandoned and will be restocked into our inventory.
