Thank you for visiting us at The Python Gallery. We appreciate your interest in our animals. Please review the following store policies prior to making your purchase.
Your Animal’s Health
Animals are guaranteed to arrive alive, in excellent health, mite and tick free, and in good weight. Properly cared for, your animal should do fantastic for you. Please inspect your animal immediately upon arrival. If you have any concerns regarding the animal’s health, you must notify us within 24 hours and document those concerns with photos/videos. In the extremely rare event that an animal is dead on arrival (DOA), you must notify us and provide pictures within one hour of receiving the animal (as determined by FedEx records). To date, our survival rate on animals we have shipped is 100%. In the event that your animal is determined to have a health issue or is DOA, the animal will be replaced or refunded at no cost to you.
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are unsatisfied with your animal for any reason other than health, notify us within 24 hours and we will replace or refund the animal. In cases not related to health, you will be responsible for shipping the animal back to us at your cost. Your refund will be processed once we receive the animal and determine that it is still in excellent health as it was when it left our facility.
Your Animal’s Sex and Genetics
Every animal we sell will be honestly represented to include photos of the actual animal you are purchasing (no “representative” photos of a “similar” animal). The sex of your animal is guaranteed. You must verify the sex of your animal and notify us of any issues regarding sex within 24 hours. In the rare event that we have misidentified the sex of your animal, we will provide a replacement animal or a refund. In those cases, we will pay for shipping the animal back to us. To date, we have never misidentified the sex of any animal we’ve sold.
Recessive genetics (homozygous and heterozygous) are fully guaranteed.
Because of the increasing complexities and number of different genes in ball python combinations, we can NOT 100% guarantee accuracy of incomplete dominant (co-dom) or dominant genes. We are generally very conservative in identification of multi-gene animals as we do not want unhappy customers. Upon request, we will provide additional pictures and lineage information for your animal prior to your purchase to aid you in determining genetics.
Payment Plans
We accept payment plans that vary by the price of your animal as described below.
Animals under $500 – Contact us as these are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Animals $500-$999 – 50% deposit, remaining balance must be paid within 4 weeks.
Animals $1,000 or more – 25% deposit, remaining balance must be paid within 6 weeks.
No animal will be shipped until paid for in full.
NOTE: Deposits and all payments made on a payment plan are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.
Shipping Your Animal
All animals are shipped from our FedEx hub to your FedEx hub, weather permitting. Under rare circumstances we will ship directly to your home or business, but this is not as safe for your animal. The live arrival guarantee is VOID if shipping directly to your home or any address other than a FedEx hub. We will ship Monday through Wednesday only.
NOTE: The live animal guarantee is VOID if the animal is not picked up at the FedEx hub within 8 hours of arrival there (as determined by FedEx records).
NOTE: The live animal guarantee is VOID if we are provided with incorrect, incomplete, or erroneous shipping information, so please make sure the information you send us is completely accurate.
