Store Policy
We gladly accept payment plans for any reptile over the price of $150. We ask nonrefundable 25% down minimum without cost of shipping as well. Payment must be paid fully in order to ship the reptile. Customer must pay remainder of the balance full by 30 days. If any customer decides to cancel order, we charge 40% restocking fee of the reptile price only.
Must be 18 years or older or if under then 18 you will need your guardian to purchase.
We ship all Reptiles with FedEx from Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday to your local FedEx Shipping Center. All pick up must be picked up within a hour, if past a hour we are not liable if animal is deceased. We can ship to your home or office under your own risk, we are not liable for anything that happens to delivery not in FedEx Hub.
All Reptiles given 48 hours health warranty and are guaranteed to be healthy. In the very unlikely event that a reptile is dead on arrival, you must send us a photo or video for a replacement. Once it’s proved we will replace the reptile with the similar one or provide you a refund except shipping cost. If decide to get a replacement, we will not cover the new shipping costs. Priority Overnight shipping is very safe and I would not ship reptiles if the temperature is not safe for the reptile.
